You need to try different selection image (notice the + crosshair), create image parameter and test it first (IsVisible). Also check uxer YouTube channel for tutorials and knowledge base.
You can use screenshot scraping to detect toggles. It should work in this case.

its not detecting the color properly
its clicking on the element even if I take a screenshot only when its activated, or vice versa

I tried using verify location and it found the correct one.
